running or jogging for beginners
Hey you… yeah you… get off that couch and get exercising. What is so interesting on the computer that make you sit there and waste your time on? You should get off the couch and start running or jogging.
Jogging is a great way to energize yourself in the morning. It makes warms your body up to the stress load of the day. And it paves the mood you set for yourself and how you interact with people. When I jog, I find myself releasing all the stress that I have and forgetting everything. That way, when I finish running my mind is clear. And starting your day with a clear mind is the best way to acquire new knowledge, and solve problems in an efficient manner.
So keep warm, and jog daily.
